Oğuzhan Plastic and Mold Industry was founded in 1993 by Semih Güngör, building on its founders’ expertise in plastic mold manufacturing and mold technologies.

Until 1996, the company provided plastic mold manufacturing services to customers in both domestic and international markets. In 1996, Oğuzhan Plastic took a strategic step toward its targeted production program and began manufacturing professional hygiene and cleaning dispensers under the Vialli brand.

Since 2001, the company has continued its operations under the name Oğuzhan Plastik ve Kalıp Sanayi Ltd. Şti., designing and manufacturing liquid soap dispensers, foam soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers, toilet paper dispensers, napkin dispensers, and other hygiene dispensers for professional use.

Combining its technical expertise in mold manufacturing with decades of experience in plastic injection molding, Oğuzhan Plastic applies this know-how to the dispensers developed under the Vialli brand. From product design, mold design and mold manufacturing to plastic injection molding and automated assembly processes, the company carries out the key stages of production in-house.
